Damaged or Incorrect Product
If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, you are eligible for a replacement within 30 days of receiving the product.
To process a replacement, you may be asked to provide photos of the defect to info@nuvofficial.com. Once approved, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost.
After 30 days from the date of delivery, we can no longer offer replacements or reimbursements.

Once your order enters processing or shipping, it can no longer be cancelled.
Modifying an Order
If you need to change your shipping address, product variation, or any details on your order, email info@nuvofficial.com immediately.
Once we begin processing the order, we cannot make any changes.
